Project Monitoring

We can provide you with a competent project monitoring service. Geoff Hunt is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with 15 years professional experience in private and public sectors and 12 years craft and supervision experience.

His back ground knowledge in the trades means he is a well respected project supervisor capable of understanding the intricacies of day to day site activities.

Geoff has project managed works for Universities, Private clients and Local Authorities and has worked with some of the major contractors in the UK. He is familiar with both the commercial and retail sectors.

Geoff has City and Guilds and BTEC ONC qualifications in site supervision, Carpentry and Joinery and Construction technology and holds a first class honours degree in Building Surveying. He has also civil Engineering experience.

Coverage: South, South West, South Wales and London.
Surveyor rate £65/hr plus disbursements. Half day unit rate applies
